Over Thousand Students Get Career Guideline

Over a thousand students participated at the IT career conference at Noakhali Institute of Science and Technology (NSTU) organized by BASIS. The conference was powered by BASIS Students’ Forum, BASIS Institute of Technology and Management (BITM) and Noakhali Institute of Science and Technology (NSTU). The speakers consisted of IT industry specialists who shared their success stories and provided career guideline to the participants. 
Chief Guest of the conference was BASIS President and FBCCI Director Shameem Ahsan. The conference was moderated by BASIS Senior Vice President, Russell T Ahmed. BASIS Vice President, M Rashidul Hasan; BASIS Director and BASIS Students’ Forum Convener, Ariful Hasan Opu and Assistant Professor of Noakhali Institute of Science and Technology Computer Science and Telecommunication department, Kamal Uddin were present at the event.
Shameem Ahsan shared 7 key factors to a successful and bright future at the conference. He said, There will come a lot of obstacles in the road to success that you have to figure out and navigate your way through. Have focus, hard work, determination and honesty; and success will follow. Today’s young students will play a key role in the development of the IT industry. Bangladesh will be established as a developed country before the set deadline.
Other speakers of the program answered several questions asked by the students. BASIS Senior Vice President, Russell T Ahmed. BASIS Vice President, M Rashidul Hasan; BASIS Director and BASIS Students’ Forum Convener, Ariful Hasan Opu; Assistant Professor of Noakhali Institute of Science and Technology Computer Science and Telecommunication department, Kamal Uddin and BASIS Outsourcing Award winner Mumita Meshkat spoke at the event. Teachers of NSTU, BASIS students’ forum members among others joined the program.
