BASIS (Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services), the national trade association representing software and IT service industry of Bangladesh, is in the process of assembling a professional, pro-active, creative and dynamic team that will design and implement plans to facilitate the active and engaging role of the software and ITES industry in achieving the national aspiration of Digital Bangladesh.
Assistant Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting the project manager on ongoing project activities.
  2. Communicating with key stake holders for wok progress, time line etc.
  3. Tracking projects' progress and updating status with key stake holders of the project.
  4. Preparing project related documents [supplier's agreements, proposals, ToR etc.] with the support of key stake holders.
  5. Taking meeting notes and writing minutes of the meetings.
  6. Arranging logistics for the training and other project related events.
  7. Reporting to the Project Manager on day to day activities.
Minimum Academic Qualifications: Graduation from any reputed university
Other required qualifications:
  1. Strong communication skills [both speaking and writing]
  2. Hard working and Team Player
  3. Good command in Office Software Packages
  4. Proactive & Goal Oriented
  5. Honest, Punctual & Disciplined
  6. Good Time Management Skills
  7. Skills in operating good Project Management software tools will have added advantage
